The Flowdrill process works well in a standard drilling machine. The age of the machine does not matter as long as it has the required parameters for the desired hole diameter. For example High RPM, enough power and a stable and exact spindle.
It can also be used in our custom designed flow2go to allow for drilling on site in fixed and stable position
Using a CNC machine will produce the optimum results as we have desgined our own CNC programs which are simple to enter and allow for the perfect process everytime. Using a CNC machine will result in a longer tool life time and faster production. please contact us for your specific program
