Our Flowdrill tool holders incorporate an aluminum cool ring this disperces the heat from the process away from the drilling machine allowing for 24/7 production.   
 
For manual machines: MT2, MT3 and Cylindrical Ø20mm
 
For CNC centres: BT-40, HSK A-63, ISO 30, ISO40, SK40 and CAT40

Collets

Our collets combined with the Flowdrill tool holder have 20% longer runout than other collets on the market, this leads to longer tool life time and better clamping.
 
Collets are available in the following sizes

  • ER25 6-14mm MT2, ISO30, Cylindrical
  • ER32 6/20mm MT3, ISO40, HSK/A63, BT40, TC40 and CAT 40
